CUSTOMER SUPPORT SPECIALIST
Job Responsibilities
Provide positive customer experiences by enhancing relationships and handling questions, comments, and complaints.
Maintains customer accounts and records of customer interactions with details of inquiries, complaints, or comments.
Uses knowledge of a specific product, service, or other assigned area of expertise to answer inquiries or forward them to the appropriate staff.
Prepare the RFQ of all requested items and providing all the necessary details for easy proper item selection.
Prepare the quotation to intended customer
Receive the quotation and upload copy to google sheet
Issue Order Confirmation form to PO issuing customer
Keep track and proper filing of service report
Job Specifications
Must be a graduate of any electromechanical, electrical courses and any related courses.
Demonstrated knowledge in performing technical skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Must be proficient in-Service Engineering Techniques
Willing to work anywhere in the Philippines
Excellent knowledge of welding machinery, electrical equipment, and manual tools.
Outstanding attention to detail
Ability to motivate and lead a team
Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
