CUSTOMER SUPPORT SPECIALIST
General Details:
Start Date: ASAP
Full Time 40 hours per week
Salary 30-45k Per month, Depending on experience
Daily Responsibilities:
You will provide exceptional customer service by interacting with our clients via email, phone, and chat to resolve their inquiries
Act as the primary product and support specialist - you'll know the product better than anybody and serve as the voice of the customer
Your goal will be to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction with a focus on customer delight by accurately responding to clients in a timely manner while also iterating on and improving customer service techniques
Assist in customer retention efforts
You will collaborate directly with co-workers and supervisors daily
Qualifications/Requirements:
Honest, dependable, strong work ethic
Must be "tech-savvy," proactive
Able to work effectively with little or no supervision
Experience in a customer service/support role
Familiarity with a CRM is a bonus, Phixer uses HubSpot
