This position is responsible for providing outstanding service to our customers by providing timely resolutions to their queries, either through email, phone or Social Media. He or she will correspond with our customers through inbound/outbound calls regarding transactions on their accounts such as orders, payments, delivery and other issues.
The Customer Support Specialist (CSS) is primarily responsible for effectively calling existing customers for new orders through forward, indent and spot bookings. This is accomplished by establishing contact with customers via inbound and outbound calls, to assess customers' individual circumstances through probing questions, and recommend appropriate options that will best address client needs. Responsibilities include negotiating and processing customer sales confirmation, down-payment and delivery.
The individual will work with Business Development Specialists (BDS), Freelancers and operations teams, in delivering quality service to our clients and ensuring the smooth execution of all daily tasks within strict deadlines. The individual will be expected to contribute to the overall success of the group in proportion to his/her experience.
Job Specifications:
Education: Bachelor's Degree in Business Management or Communication or equivalent
Experience: At least two (2) years of experience as Sales Executive, Business Development Specialist or Equivalent. Must be willing to work in an environment that requires 100% phone-based customer interaction. Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quotas preferably over the phone
Qualifications: Exceptional written and oral communications skills, Ability to negotiate, convince, sell and influence professionals and clients, Knowledge of sales/frozen meat importation principles and practices, Ability to investigate and analyze current activities or information in the sales/marketing field and make logical conclusions and recommendations, Ability to demonstrate outstanding leadership skills as well as impeccable associate and customer relations, Excellent organizational and time management skills
