ABOUT THE ROLE
As our Customer Support Representative, you'll be the backbone of our campaigns, keeping things running smoothly and providing exceptional internal support.
YOUR DAILY TASKS
Customer Satisfaction & Support: Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
Positive and Empathetic Service: Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
Complaint Resolution & Problem-Solving: Acknowledge and resolve customer complaints.
Prompt Response to Inquiries: Respond promptly to customer inquiries.
Multi-Channel Communication: Communicate with customers through various channels.
Order and Request Processing: Process orders, forms, applications, and requests.
Customer Records Management: Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
Team Collaboration & Coordination: Communicate and coordinate with colleagues as necessary.
Process Feedback & Improvement: Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
Peer Mentoring & Support: Manage a team of junior customer service representatives.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
What You'll Bring (Experiences):
2+ years of similar experience in the customer service industry
General skill in the use of MS Office and other CRM software
About You (Soft Skills):
With great communication and comprehension skills 
Has effective people skills and sensitivities when dealing with others. 
Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
Highly competitive & High-energy individual
Amenable to work on site - Cebu City (Night)
