As a Customer Service Associate, you are tasked to deliver technical support to the customers and clients. You are also expected to meet the following:
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Responsible for handling calls and emails to provide customer support and assistance.
• Provide resolutions to customer's queries in a friendly, confident and knowledgeable manner
• Assists customer's requests and/or concerns professionally and calmly
• Acquire right amount of knowledge regarding the subject of concern

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
• Finished at least 2 years in college (or High School Graduate + relevant work experience)
• Excellent English written and verbal communication skills
