Lead Fulfillment Coordinator serves as a link between the fulfillment and delivery of our lead generation efforts. The day to day duties will include but are not limited to planning, monitoring, and preparation of production lead orders. Coordinate lead statuses and replacements to sources; compile and upload lead files to and from internal systems and other 3rd party platforms. Perform coordination duties and maintain all work instructions and orders.
Job Responsibilities
Daily Management of Leads
Ensuring accurate and successful lead qualification and delivery thru file extract and direct post into client CRM
Extract, QA and deliver lead files to clients on schedule
QA and import lead files received from partner sources
Daily review of unqualified leads including QA before pulling lead files and correcting/updating data when needed.
Lead replacements and returns are coordinated accordingly with Partner Management and Demand Generation Team
Coordinates with Lead QA Researcher Team and Client Experience Managers to follow up unprocessed leads.
Review orders for shortages; communicate shortages to respective sources
Collaborate and communicate with other departments to ensure campaign's order fulfillment.
Job Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience
At least 1-3 years client services experience in the media, advertising, or lead generation business.
Has experience on Project Management in the B2B industry (preferably Outbound)
Average Knowledge in Microsoft Office, especially with Excel.
Analytical know-how
Spreadsheet preparation
Advanced experience with Microsoft Office especially in Excel and Word
Report and document preparation
Records management
Computer Skills
