We are currently looking for:
 
CUSTOMER SUPPORT I
(Salary Range: Php 18,000 - Php 21,000)
 
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Answer phone calls and be able to understand client's issue.
Create cases according to the client's need and be able to add notes that clearly represent the problem.
Address solutions based on procedures provided.
Route cases to support first level in case is needed following the instruction.
Communicate to customers instructed information depending on the Document case resolution.
Performance: average at least 90-100 calls per week
Should complete a week preparation course provided by Magaya Corporation
REQUIREMENTS:
Requires a bachelor's degree
Fluent in English and Spanish
Good English writing skills
Basic computer knowledge including different operating systems.
Reliable Internet Connection
CHARACTERISTICS:
Have a great communication ability, be able to understand client's needs and address the solution following the procedures provided.
Be a team player.
Follow instructions.
Location Requirements: The position is fully remote, but we do have an office for onboarding and training. Preference will be given to candidates that live closer to the office.
