Line of Business (LOB): International multi-currency money transfer services
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Help customers by understanding their queries and providing solutions over the phone specifically with their:
- Card registration, activation, deactivation, and usage
- Receiving and sending money through money transfer
- Setting and managing the account
- Billing and statement
Searching the Knowledge-base and FAQ for relevant information to provide solutions
Communicate with Operations or KYC teams through the internal ticketing system, if the case needs their input and escalate tickets to the internal team, if needed
QUALIFICATIONS:
1-year BPO experience, voice or non-voice
Familiarity with Zendesk or other CRM tools/software
Proficient in verbal and written English
Upbeat and contagiously positive attitude
Willing to work in Glorietta 2, Makati with FREE door-to-door grab shuttle service
We're ideally looking for someone who has worked in customer services before, but we're willing to work with the right person, whatever their experience if they have a passion for helping customers.
SALARY:
25K + health card, 20 leave credits, 13th-month pay, government-mandated benefits

I would not recommend working for this company. They offer and advertise to you a Salary Package (let's say 50K) but fail to mention that this includes an attendance bonus. They should pay you 50K + att. bonus. There are no career opportunities in OA and they do not do additional training to benefit your job nor a career (from my experience). The HMO is also the cheapest, one can think of, with only ONE dependent. Management likes to kiss the butts. OA is mostly contracting people.
