POSITION OVERVIEW
We are looking for a Customer Support Agent, you will deliver support to the customers and clients of Pointed Arrow.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Resolving customer inquiries/requests via email or chat
Answering calls from customers
Ensuring customer requests are handled in an appropriate and timely manner
Prepare customer support reports
Utilize various Pointed Arrow tools and applications for customer management and servicing
Provide cutting-edge service in a friendly. confident and knowledgeable manner
REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
College graduate
Experience of at least 1 year in the BPO industry are preferred
Excellent English Communication Skills
Working knowledge on computers
Good customer service, multi-tasking and problem-solving skills
Willing to work in a shifting schedule
