Responsibilities:
Answer customer inquiries
Answer inbound sales calls
Attend to billing concerns
Resolve billing disputes
Desired skills & knowledge:
Must have at least 6 months of continuous inbound sales and customer service experience in a BPO companys
Excellent English speaking skills
Clear and friendly tone
Strong customer service skills
Able to multitask
Willing to work on-site
Willing to work full-time night shift
Able to work on weekends
Work Schedule: Night Shift
