Issue Resolution
Troubleshoot common problems and escalate complex issues to the technical or support team as needed.
Documentation & Reporting
Maintain accurate customer records, interactions, and feedback in the CRM or support platform.
Customer Success Goals
Contribute to KPIs like customer retention, satisfaction (CSAT), and Net Promoter Score (NPS).
