Job Summary
The successful candidate will help increase loyalty and strengthen key client relationships, identify new opportunities, and maximize value to drive consumption, and help customers grow their business.
Responsibilities
Work in alignment with the service level of the account or statement of work defined by the customer and the sales and services team, monitoring time, costs, and deliverables
Work with the customers to ensure they are leveraging the solution and achieving success
Develop and maintain positive client relationships at all levels with existing corporate accounts
Identify key business opportunities
Implement account management best practices and SOPs into the business development framework
Maintain close relationships with clients by ensuring client's issues are addressed and fixed promptly
Qualifications
A graduate of bachelor's degree
With at least 5 years of account management experience
Genuine commitment to delivering a high level of service to customers
Outstanding verbal, written, and presentation skills
Strong data analysis, organization, and prioritization skills with the ability to work independently
Self-starter, results-oriented, and high integrity
Willing to work remotely and on a graveyard shift

100% Remote Job
Night shift, 8:30 pm to 5:30 am Philippines Time.
Full-time, fast-paced with lots of career growth.
