Job Description
We're looking for individuals who have a passion for helping our customers achieve their fundraising goals by creating and launching unforgettable experiences on RallyUp. Customer Success Managers (CSM) works closely with our customers to answer technical questions and make their experience on the platform effortless. CSM's will support customers through every step in their journey, from pre-sales inquiries to their recurring platform use.

Key Responsibilities:
Answering customer questions via chat, email, and phone/ video conference
Helping customers feel more confident using the platform
Nurturing and supporting customers through their continued use of the platform
Steering the customer's priorities and strategy to help ensure their long-term success
Teaching and empowering customers to improve their usage of our platform to gain the most benefit
Collaborating with our product team to provide customer feedback and insight into ways to improve the customer experience
Looking for ways to optimize and improve the customer experience to increase product satisfaction and grow company revenue opportunities.
Qualifications
Strong technology skills (this position requires a highly tech-savvy person)
2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role
Experience working on a customer experience team
Strong communication skills and ability to teach and explain concepts clearly to all levels of technical abilities.
In-depth experience with configuring and administrating SaaS-based software
A strong empathy for understanding customer needs and motivations
Experience working with self-service SaaS solutions
Experience working with nonprofits
A proven history of learning a SaaS platform and teaching it to customers
A passion for being a team player with a growth mindset towards helping the company excel

Work Schedule: Shifting Schedules (Tuesday - Saturday)
