Job Description
Develops customer relationships that promote retention and loyalty, ultimately improving customer lifetime value and reducing churn.
Provide customer support and ad-hoc training to customers who use the company's product, replying to inbound queries.
Ensure customers remain satisfied with the product by educating them about functional capabilities and possible upgrades.
Is often the first port of call for customers and is available to answer any inbound questions.
Successfully able to grow and maintain a book of accounts.
Job Qualification
Customer success or account management experience in a SaaS or software company is a must.
Extensive experience in doing Chat, Email, and Phone Support in B2B campaigns.
Used real-time reactive chat tools like Intercom or Zendesk.
Exceptional communication skills, highly organized, collaborative, and detail-oriented.
Driven, self-motivated, enthusiastic, and with a "can-do" attitude.
