* Responsible for processing Dealer Sales Order; Monitoring delivery schedules, and receiving of Purchase Orders.
* Responsible in ensuring alignment of actual Customer Service process to the established SAP S.O. module and Accounting guidelines; including ensuring the completeness and accuracy of transactions/data encoded in the SAP system in the preparation of S.O.
* Graduate of any Business Administration course
* Highly efficient, analytical and willing to work for long hours
* Accurate hardworking and can meet deadlines with minimum supervision
* Willing to work with under pressure
* At least 3-5 years' experience on Customer Service / delivery
* Computer Literate (MS Office Word, Excel, Power Point)
