Answer phone calls and respond to emails from:
- Prospective customers looking for information about our products
- Current customers in need of support
Applicants should:
- Have experience using CRM platforms, Excel and Word
- Be fluent in English
- Have excellent phone and email communication skills
- Have a positive, cheerful demeanor
- Have a stable, reliable internet connection
- Be detail-oriented
- Be a self-starter
We are looking for someone to work 40 hours a week. 30 of those hours will be 10am-3pm EST Monday through Friday. The other 10 hours are more flexible and will be set in cooperation with the applicant.
