Location: Remote (work-from-home)
Salary: 40,000 PHP / Month
Main Responsibilities: Answer phone calls and respond to emails from new and existing customers.
Requirements:
- Be fluent in English
- Have excellent phone and email communication skills
- Have a positive, cheerful demeanor
- Have own computer
- Have a stable, reliable internet connection
- Be detail-oriented
- Be a self-starter
- Have experience using CRM platforms, Excel and Word
- Willing to work the night shift (during EST business hours)
