Join us as a: Customer Service/Technical Support
In this role you'll get to:
Educate and walk customers through in setting up their profiles, and connect their Google My Business account and Social Media accounts.
Conduct regular webinars with clients.
Proactively reach out to clients and assist in setting up their accounts.
What you will need to succeed:
5 years experience in Customer Service and Technical Support roles.
Strong knowledge of Google My Business and various social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc.).
Excellent presentation skills with the ability to conduct engaging and informative webinars.
Excellent spoken/written English.
Open to working on a night shift schedule
Strong relational skills and communication capabilities.
Preferably someone who is Tech-savvy
