Job Responsibilities:
Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to customers via phone, chat, or email
Resolve issues related to hardware, software, internet connectivity, or mobile devices
Clearly explain technical solutions in a simple and customer-friendly manner
Document customer interactions and solutions accurately in the system
Ensure excellent customer experience by maintaining professionalism and efficiency
Qualifications:
At least High School Graduate (Old/New Curriculum) or Senior High School Graduate
With 6 months to 1 year of Technical Support Experience
Good to excellent communication skills in English
Willing to work onsite in Davao City
