1. Accurate and timely recording/logging of all call with pertinent information as to incidents and resolutions in the OTRS ticketing system.
2. Determines problems and resolutions on HW & SW issues and concerns in conformity with SLA. Can resolve at least 75% of all issues thru phone/remote.
3. Knows when to elevate problems to the next level following the standard procedures of elevation.
4. Observe timely update to concerned parties (clients/colleagues) either thru phone or emails.
5. Adheres to company policy and guidelines, especially on attendance, commitment, and must establish good working relationships with co-employees.
6. Politely address and answers clients calls and query.
7. Ensure proper and precise cascading of issues to Support Engineers for on-site resolution.
Job Requirements:
1. Possess a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, Communications, or related field;
2. Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service;
3. Experience with help desk software and remote support tools;
4. Experience with OTRS and ePSM, or related management services;
5. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills;
6. Self-motivated, good team player, detail-oriented and can do multi-tasking.-Requirements- Minimum education level: Bachelor ́s Degree
