Responsibilities:
Respond to customer service requests
Log all customer interactions in the system
Communicate with customers through phone or email
Identify and escalate situations following company protocols
Research queries using available resources
Any other tasks the business or its clients request

2 to 4 Years Experience
High School graduates are welcome
