CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

We are searching for a Customer Service Representative who loves to help others, someone who is passionate about assisting customers across every stage of their journey, providing exceptionally friendly & thorough service with a positive, caring & calm approach. The role is office based, permanent full time, working Monday to Friday 7am - 4pm.
 
Duties:
Provide exceptional customer service to customers, over the phone, via email and online.
Processing orders.
Demonstrate strong product knowledge and provide advice to solve customer requests.
Complete and coordinate all associated paperwork, record keeping and updating the internal CRM systems.
Identify and resolve customer concerns, with timely follow up on all client contact.
Skills and Experience:
Previous experience in customer service environment.
Excellent English verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with customers, suppliers and staff in the Philippines and Australia.
Computer literate and efficient.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple requests simultaneously.
Attention to detail and accuracy in quoting processes and order fulfillment.
