Work Setup & Schedule:
8 pm to 5 am (US Working Hours)
3 Weeks of Training and 1-2 Months on-site before Hybrid
Hybrid Setup (WFH and ON-SITE [Minimum 4 days per MONTH]
Responsibilities:
- Communicate with customers via phone
- Provide knowledgeable answers to the customer's questions and needs
- Pure Voice Customer Service role - you'll be answering queries from the members of an Insurance Company regarding their Individual Insurance
- Addressing individual life insurance inquiries from the members, pure inbound
Communicate using the English language to your customers
Starting date: August 8
Requirements
- Minimum Call Center experience of 1 year (inbound)
- Healthcare/insurance experience is preferred but not required
- With a minimum 35mbps internet speed
- Proficiency in English is a MUST
