Description
Duties and Responsibilities:
1.Maintain time-service, quality and production goals using good work queue management and customer service skills
2.Maintain a high level of customer service skills.
3.Present a friendly and professional demeanor
4.Protect the security of medical records to ensure that confidentiality is maintained, in observance of the HIPAA Compliance Policy
5.Handles a high volume of continuous telephone calls and gathers needed information in a timely manner.
6.Method of transmission can either be inbound or outbound.
7.Performs multiple tasks simultaneously
8.Perform both individually and as a team to meet daily production expectations
9.Use appropriate judgment in upward communication regarding customer issues
10.Display excellent verbal and written English language skills, particularly strong business writing skills
11.Display ability to use the computer with windows, including MS office applications, electronic mail, internet.
Minimum Qualifications:
1.At least 6 months of any BPO experience, medical/healthcare or outbound experience is a plus (but not required)
2.HS or SHS graduates are acceptable to apply as long as they have BPO experience of at least 6 months
3.Experience in handling insurance is a huge advantage
4.Willing to work on graveyard / night shift schedule (weekends off)
5.Willing to work in Quezon City
6.Can start ASAP is preferred
