Job Customer Service Representative
Description
WeLink Management Consultancy Services is hiring for a CUSTOMER
SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE in behalf of a client partner in the BPO Industry.
LOCATION: Cebu City

Qualifications
•Graduate in any field. Undergraduate is still accepted with Strong BPO Experience
• Preferable experience in Customer Service, Sales Order management in Retail/Consumer/Manufacturing domain
•Must have Up to 1 yr. of experience working in the call center/ BPO industry.
•Experience handling customer service or technical support accounts
•Willing to work on a graveyard shift or shifting schedule
•Willing to be assigned in Cebu IT Business Park
•Ready pre-employment requirements are an advantage: SSS, TIN, HDMF, Phil health, NBI, TOR, COE, etc.
