Responsibilities and Duties
Manage inbound and outbound calls and customer service inquiries
Provide operational tasks like process entries, track and trace, follow-up customs clearance process
Desired Qualifications:
Candidate must be at least College Level.
Preferably with experience specialized in Customer Service or equivalent.
Must be empathetic and professional
Good Communications skills both in verbal and non-verbal
