Education and work experience:
• At least 2 years in college plus 3 or more years of work experience or
• a graduate of any college degree(or higher) plus 2 or more years of work experience.
Highly desired but not required:
• Work experience in the BPO industry.
• Typing skills of at least 40 words per minute.
• Willing to render paid overtime when needed.
• Willing to work on weekends and holidays.
• Has no prior criminal record relating to a breach of privacy or security.
Skills needed:
• Good English Communications Skills(65% written & 35% verbal).
• Ability to follow instructions in English and adhere to defined procedures.
• Customer service skills and ability to persuade and deal with people respectfully.
• Advance Computer and Technical Skills(not necessarily programmer or technician level).
• Highly committed to work.
