CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE - WORK FROM HOME
JOB DESCRIPTION:
• Consult with customers on products and services to provide the best solutions
• Respond to customer inquiries with compassion and active listening
• Ultimately you will provide excellent customer service that keeps the customer coming back
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
• Previous experience in a customer support role for at least 1yr (in a call center / BPO setting)
• Preferrably with experience in Sr. Customer Service Representative, Coach, SME or Team Lead position.
• Chat and Email CS Experience is a plus but not required
• Excellent English communication skills
• Strong familiarity with the internet and MS Office applications.
• Open to work on graveyard shift
• Fully equipped to work from home (own desktop/laptop with at least 8gig or RAM, internet connection with at least 10mbps)
