About Your Client:
Your client is a land development business that is committed to providing the most innovative technologies and amenities to both home builders and buyers. They have nearly 20 years of experience in creating master planned residential communities in Florida, with a portfolio valued at more than USD2 billion.
What You Will Do:
Manage large numbers of incoming phone calls.
Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction.
Meet personal/customer service team sales targets and call handling quotas.
Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents.
Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
Go the extra mile to engage customers.
Provide introductory information to new customers.
Ensure that customers are satisfied with products or services
Follow up with clients or customers to check that they're satisfied with any purchases.
Let customers or clients know about additional products or services.
Determine the quickest and most effective ways to answer a client's or customer's questions.
Escalate queries and concerns, as needed.
Troubleshoot common issues with a product or service.
Work with a team of CSRs and other departments to find appropriate solutions
Skills and Qualifications:
High attention to detail.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Can work well with a team.
Working experience as a Customer Service Representative.
Willing to work on the 9:00 p.m. - 6:00 a.m. shift.
