What is your mission?
 
As a Customer Service Representative, you are expected to deliver #happier customer experience through phone, email, and chat. As a CSR, you will be the first point-of-contact to handle and resolve customer concerns.
 
Who are we looking for?
Completed at least 2 years in college
At least 6 months of solid BPO experience in a voice account
Strong verbal and written English communication skills
Positive, self-motivated and energetic
Amenable to work in rotating shifts (morning, mid, & night shifts)
A quiet space to work at and a stable internet connection of 10 MBPS upload and 6 MBPS download speed is highly preferred
Can work from home and in Ortigas, Pasig City or Sheridan, Mandaluyong City
 
High school graduates with 2 years solid  BPO work experience and college undergrads who completed less than 2 years with
at least 1 year of BPO work experience are also welcome to apply!
