DETAILS OF TASKS
Customer service:
Assist CSR in handling customer calls, faxes and other forms of communication. "Handling" will encompass order taking, order entry, order verification, takes customer complaints
Prepares documents as needed by customers, including but not limited to surveys, requests for information and questionnaires, in the event assistance is needed for accurate completion of said documentation.
Delivery documents preparation:
Prepares all shipping documentation as required by the particular customer, country, and government or requested by management
Cumulates and prints invoices on a daily basis
Process documents in PEZA and BOC
Delivery documents filing and safe keeping:
Files all documentation pertaining to customer orders, or as specified by the Quality System
Files all documentation pertaining to incoming shipment (FG, Machines, RM and Spare parts)
Solar application:
Able to create order, packing slip and invoice in Mercury
Ensures correctness of data encoded in Mercury
Improve service rate for each Customer
Inventory management:
Assists during monthly Inventory Count
Requirements
Minimum education level: Bachelor ́s Degree
