CUSTOMER SERVICE / SALES COORDINATOR
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Receiving and processing purchased orders.
Verify Orders, including customers personal information and payments.
Maintaining and updating sales and customer records.
Informing customer of order status.
Phoning/emailing customer for purchase order corrections.
Supporting the sales department with other administrative task.
QUALIFICATIONS
An associate's or bachelor's degree in Business administration or similar preferred.
Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills.
Advance knowledge in administrative recordkeeping.
Familiarity with sales reports and sales record.
Honest and reliable
Proficient in MS Office Applications, particularly, word, excel and outlook
