Job Description
Backend content moderation process for social media.
Process requires candidates to work on the content uploaded on social media, reviewing the uploaded posts and to take necessary actions for the same.
Provide back-up support to other group members in the performance of job duties as required.
Perform Research work.
Candidate with Content moderation or content reviewing background would be an advantage
Should be willing to work in rotating shifts and report to work on site (Imus, Cavite).
a fast learner and a good communicator and can speak, read and write fluently in English and Tagalog language
possess cultural sensitivity and an understanding relating to global/ regional current affairs
Familiarity with internet laws and regulations, in particular reviewing online content, would be a good plus
You pay attention to detail and have a passion for maintaining a high standard of work
You have the resilience and persistence to handle routine daily tasks efficiently and accurately.
You have active usage and interest in short video platforms
Experience in a BPO / call center/customer service environment is a plus
Open to fresh graduates
