Duties and Responsibilities:
• Handle incoming customer inquiries or concerns, provide appropriate solutions within the acceptable time frame
• Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction
• Provide accurate, valid and complete information
• Manage and update records of customer interactions in provided trackers or system
• Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
• Escalate concerns or issues, if needed
• Take the extra mile to engage customers
Qualifications and Experience:
• More than 1 year of experience in Customer Service
• Experience in phone and chat support
• Email management skills
• Zendesk CRM experience
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
• A customer champion
• Excellent problem solving skills
• Ability to adapt to new tools and software
• Amenable to work on a US shift
• Ideally with a neutral accent (American/US Accent is highly regarded)
• Shipstation CRM would be nice to have
• Ecommerce experience would be an advantage
