Description
This is for our US client in a Real Estate industry; our client offers an online software for property disclosures and caters for Real Estate Agent and their clients' secured transactions.
We are in need of customer service reps that will mainly provide chat support service to assist customers in need; walk them through the company website and credentials, follow up on customer payments, and set-up customer appointments.
Job Qualifications:
• At least 3 years experience in a BPO industry
• Experienced customer service representative
• Experienced chat support
• Amenable to work in Clark office
• Amenable to work in midnight shift
• Background as a Technical Support is a plus
Work Schedule: 12 am - 9am / 1am - 10am (8am-5pm PST)
