Responsibilities
Monitor classes in real-time. Call and text students and teachers when they are late to class.
Provide simple tech support (such as where to download the app, and how to log in).
Speak to parents when students are late to classes.
Take notes of student no-show reasons.
Requirements
Candidates must have completed at least 2 years in College or possess Bachelor's/College Degree, in any field.
Good spoken and written English.
1+ years of experience in customer service.
Patience, empathy, and a unique ability to manage stress.
Passion for education.
Working Time (Work from Home)
Shift A: 9 PM - 6 AM, Tue-Sat
Shift B: 1 PM-10 AM, Sun-Thur
*Night Shift Allowance (10% of the monthly salary) will be given for extra.
Salary Structure
Base Salary + Monthly Performance-based Bonus + Night Shift Allowance, Up to 32K/month
