We are one of the largest insurance brokers in the UAE and we are looking to hire Customer Service Representative for Medical Insurance.
Duties and Responsibilities
Promptly and expertly calls the clients after inquiry and welcomes them onboard by engaging and providing every information of interest to the clients
Checks and confirms details and profiles clients based on their requirements and follows the internal documentation process
Guides clients with the initial process after inquiry and sets expectations for the quotations and timelines
Allocates the tickets to the correct unit internally
Manages high volume of leads daily and handles peak hours without compromising on quality and customer satisfaction
Desired Skills and Experience
At least 2 years of Call Center experience and ideally in a healthcare process
Strong English communication skills both verbal and written
Telemarketing or customer service experience is an advantage
Sharp and agile in understanding customers' requests and providing award-winning service
Technical Requirements
Laptop or Desktop (Core i5 or I7) 7th gen till 11th gen, 8gb ram, 500GB HDD above or 240GB SSD) with webcam
Headset - USB based headset, noise-cancelling
Required Internet Speed: ping below 5ms, Download speed 10Mbps above, Upload speed 3Mbps above for stand-alone connection and mobile data back up
Uninterrupted power supply up to 4 hours back-up
Environment: quiet background facilitating outgoing and incoming calls
Work Timings
9:30AM - 7:00PM GST or 10:30AM - 8:00PM GST
Notes
Rotation of tasks on phone and follow-up on hanging emails
AHT metrics is not determined yet, KPI on daily calls - 150 at least daily
