Responsibilities:
Receives chat or email from customers to address general inquiries, process information, handle complaints and provide resolutions
Handles a variety of accounts including a self-driving vacuum product
Provide phone support as needed
Qualifications
Good to Excellent Communication Skills
TECH SAVVY and able to learn new program like Zendesk
At least 6 months of BPO experience
At least 2 Years in College
Amenable for a flexible work arrangment

-retail sales management exp (amazon, lazada and the likes..)
-customer service oriented
