Successful candidates will be responsible for handling service support calls, as well as promote and cross-sell value-added services to various customers.
• Candidate must possess at least a Vocational Diploma or a Bachelor's Degree Holder.
• Strong Customer Service Skills and Professionalism.
• Candidate must have at least 1 year GDS Experience in Travel account
• Required language(s): English
• Good English communications Skills. Good listening and responding skills.
• At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Willing to work in Ortigas Pasig City location.
