Description:
Duties and Responsibilities:
A successful candidate will provide professional, friendly and accurate customer support via phone and email to users of a social networking site. He/She will also be responsible in making decisions regarding usage, billing, and other service areas.
Qualifications:
- Completed at least two (2) years of college education
- Familiar with Internet navigation and Social Networking Sites
- Knowledgeable in photo-editing applications or at least familiar with cropping photos (i.e. MS Paint, Adobe Photoshop)
- Willingness and ability to deal with routine work
- Keen to details
- Willingness to work in Gilmore, Quezon City on shifting schedules
