Responsible for the day-to-day monitoring of house accounts as well as entertaining all client inquiries.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Entertains all customer inquiries.
Coordinates with Customer Service Representatives in Manila for delivery status.
Monitors shipments from loading and arrival to their destination and advises clients/shippers accordingly.
Assists in handling and resolving claims.
Prepares the POD monitoring report.
In charge of the pre-alert for outgoing shipments and booking for outgoing sea freight shipments.
Qualifications:
Graduate of any Bachelor's degree
Good communication skills
Good organizational skills
Customer Service-Oriented
Detail-Oriented

Looking for candidates available to work on weekdays and Saturdays
