Job Description
Our WhitePlane Inc. team is looking for a Customer Service Assistant who can assist clients with all their concerns or issues regarding Dyson products and help to ensure a high customer relation level.
The successful candidate will be required to develop a comprehensive understanding of our After-Sales policies and know when issues need to be escalated to the management staff for resolution.
Minimum Qualifications
Strong analytical and planning skills;
Excellent communication and presentation skills;
Excellent problem-solving skills;
Must have at least 6 months experience in BPO industry
Amenable to work in Cainta Rizal
Ability to work under pressure
