Description
MDM Systems, Inc. is in need of a Customer Service Representatives.
General duties
· Receive inbound work by various methods (phone, email, electronic) and process to ensure jobs are accurately and efficiently booked
· Receive inbound questions about products and provide accurate information and where possible convert to a booking
· Place outbound follow-up calls to customers to confirm booking details
· Complete administration (such as "Posting Invoices") as per relevant policy/procedure
· Complete other duties as directed by the Call Center Manager
Sales
· Place outbound calls to previous customers to speak about product/sales options
· Identify up-sell opportunities and close sales whilst speaking with customers
QUALIFICATIONS:
· With at least 1-2 years in a customer service experience
· Previous experience in automotive windscreen/tinting industry
· Excellent communication skills
· Excellent customer service skills and experience via e-mail and phone
· Demonstrated experience handling a variety of customer service issues
· Ability to meet targets
· With Basic Microsoft Excel experience
· Fast typing speed
· Computer Savvy
· Team player who can work with a variety of people throughout the company
· Willingness to learn
· Ability to take initiative
· Willing to work on shifting schedule (3AM, 5AM, 6AM, 9AM, 10AM and 6PM) with 2 days off
