Description
We are in urgent need of Customer Service Representatives.
DAY SHIFT and WEEKENDS OFF!!!
The role will involve, but is not limited to:
· Provide top notch customer service to pre and post-sale customers via e-mail and phone
· Ensure a positive customer experience for all contacts
· Conduct research into any customer service issues
· Review on-line excel database of customer feedback, track customer service concerns via database
· Take payment information & other pertinent information such as addresses & phone numbers
· Assist the client management team in the coordination of client sales initiatives, contests and/or promotions
· Other duties may be assigned to assist client's team
QUALIFICATIONS
• With at least 1-2 years in a customer service role experience
• Fluent in written & verbal English communication skills
• Microsoft Office skills
• Fast typing speed
• Computer Savvy
• Willing to work on flexible schedule in the morning
*** Although the above is desirable, full training will be provided.
