Responsibilities:
Handle and carefully respond to all customer inquiries via inbound calls and email
Provide excellent customer service through active listening
Work with confidential customer information in a secure manner
Aim to resolve issues on the first call by being proactive
Appropriately and adequately communicate with customers
Basic Requirements:
-At least 18 years of age;
-High school-graduate or equivalent (SHS-graduate if K12);
-Average to above average English communication skills; -Proficient in relevant computer applications;
-NO BPO EXPERIENCE ARE WELCOME (but tenured applicants are subject to higher salary package);
-Can handle stressful situation appropriately.

Salary: Php17,000.00 - Php17,850.00 per month
