QUALIFICATIONS:
At least College Level Preferably with at least 6 months Call Center Experience
Ability to type 35+ words a minute Proficient computer skills; ability to navigate through internet, MS Office and Outlook Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
Detail-oriented and self-organized
Able to prioritize multiple duties and multi-task Ability to participate in team atmosphere in fast paced environment
Excellent problem solving skills Knowledge retention skills
Willing to work onsite ( Citibank Center, Paseo De Roxas, Makati)
Can start ASAP Work Schedule: 10:00PM - 7:00AM WEEKENDS OFF RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for investigating and confirming facility locations and performing follow up calls to record custodians to collect records, materials and associated documents for legal cases.
Online research to locate appropriate contact information for record custodians
Place high volume of phone calls to record custodians
Communicate effectively with record custodians regarding pending record requests Send follow up requests to facilities
Accurately document status in to database Maintain daily and weekly performance goals
Prioritize tasks assigned by the department supervisor
Complete all special projects and other duties assigned.
