Job Description
The Customer Service Representative is responsible for the overall satisfaction of customers on the rendered service of MLI. Helps to develop and implement a customer service policy for the entire organization, finding ways to measure customer satisfaction and services, and handling face-to-face inquiries from customers.
Job Qualification:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing or any business related courses
With at least 5 years working experience in the same field
With high sense of responsibility and leadership skills
Good problem solving and analytical skills
Results driven
Good communication skills in English and Filipino
