Required to support Clients/Customers in the achievement of prompt response, high level customer service and support. They will also be required to assist with managing escalated issues and creation of updates to process the procedure documentation as required.
Key Responsibilities:
Supports customers by providing helpful information, answering questions, and responding to complaints.
Front line support for clients and customers and they help ensure that customers are satisfied with products, services, and features
Key Requirements:
Must be a bachelor's degree, preferably business-related course
Must have at least 12 months CSR BPO experience
Above average communications skills
Willing to work on shifting schedule, holidays, weekends and graveyard
Amenable to work BGC
