Job Description:
Drafts, implements, and executes policies and procedures to facilitate a quality customer service experience.
Identifies and recommends or acquires updates and expansions to technology, equipment, and policies that may improve customer service and retention.
Establishes performance metrics for customer service representatives.
Establishes service levels and requirements for the department.
Proposes superb customer service programs
Qualifications:
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.
At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably Assistant Manager/Manager specialized in Customer Service or equivalent.
Experienced in BPO, IT or star-up
Has analytical and problem-solving skills including problem identification, analysis, action, planning and execution.
With excellent leadership ability and good interpersonal relations
Willing to start asap
