Qualifications
· Minimum Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Professional Degree in Media related or Marketing will be an added advantage
· Candidate with minimum 2 years relevant experience is required
· Highly self-motivated, energetic with a positive attitude and a team player
· Strong communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with internal and/or external contacts
· Ability to prioritize and stay focused while dealing with multiple assignments
· Entrepreneurial background and/or maintenance of a Facebook Page is desired
· Proven ability to multi-task in a given time span with multiple competing demands
· Amenable to work rotating shifts
Job Duties
· To provide post-sales customer service support / troubleshooting support through email/phone/chat to the client's B2B customers
· To support advertising customers and deliver consultative support
· Perform data analysis to improve advertising customer experience and ensure higher return in investment
· Gather client and partner feedback to enhance ad products and the customer experience
